Shipping Policy

Shipping charges apply to all purchases. Price will be quoted based on weight and destination of the parcel. Africa's Legends gets fantastic rates with couriers. A typical mid size box weighing 10 - 15 kgs will cost R100 to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Kynsna, ect.

Orders are collected twice a day from our warehouse by the couriers ensuring you receive your order within 2/3 working days wherever you are in the country.
Over border shipping costs will be sent to you within a few hours.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. No extra charges for any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment will be made to you.

Returns

Please contact us immediately once you receive your package to notify us of any problem regarding the condition of the piece, such as tampered parcels or damage to the parcel or its contents.

If you have damaged or receive short stock please contact us and we'll arrange replacement / credit / refund.
